While we are not contracted with any insurance company, we have a dedicated insurance coordinator to help you maximize your insurance benefits. We take pride in thoroughly reviewing your benefits so that we can provide an accurate out-of-pocket copay for dental treatment.

Can’t pay for your treatment all at once? No problem! We accept financing options through CareCredit and Sunbit, so you can pay at your own pace and get the treatment you need, when you need it.
What to expect
PATIENT EXPERIENCE
We strive to give our patients an elevated experience at every visit.
You will be seen at your reserved appointment time. Select complimentary amenities from our personalized comfort menu to enhance your experience. Ample time is reserved to provide comprehensive care and education. You will never feel rushed.
SCHEDULING POLICY
During the initial phone call, we will collect any dental insurance you would like to use towards your visit. Our dedicated insurance coordinator will verify and help you utilize your benefits. We will call you with the details of your policy as well as any patient portion. We will collect your portion as a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. We require 2 business days (Monday-Thursday) notice for any changes to your appointment.
To help make your visit more efficient, we are paperless! We ask that you fill out all patient forms electronically ahead of your visit.
VIP MEMBERSHIP
Our VIP membership is ideal for patients without dental insurance coverage. The annual fee includes routine exams, cleanings, any necessary x-rays, and 10% off on any additional services. Unlike dental insurance, our VIP membership has no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no annual max.
